Cost of Placing the Group Name on Top in Place of SHMA
Groups under 300 in Number are charged a flat rate of $200
Group Size - 300 to 1000 One Time $300 Set Up Fee
Group Size - 1,000 - 2,500 One Time $350
Group Size -Above 2,500 One Time $500
Additional Cards issued to the same family, or replacement cards, are $2.50 each.
Prior to Set Up Each Group Must provide authorization for use of its Name to SEBA.
Proof Copy of Layout must be OK'd by the Group Prior to First Card Run.
Changes to a Card Layout After OK of Original is considered a New Event.
