may still be of use to you filling the gaps with prescriptions you need that are Not on the Formulary of the Part D Plan you select.

 However, there are several facts that you need to know to use your benefits and our discount program to your overall advantage.  

DO NOT USE the SEBA Healthmart America Discount Card to fill prescriptions for Any Medications that are "On the Formulary" of your selected Part D Plan,  even during the doughnut hole period where you are having to pay the entire cost of a prescription.  

Only expenses filed on your Part D Plan are counted toward meeting the Deductibles and Co-pays built into your Part D plan.  

 Use your SHMA discount program for All Prescriptions "Not Listed as Formulary Drugs" for your Part D Plan.  You do not receive any deductible or co-pay credit from Medicare Part D for prescriptions that are not listed on the Plan D Formulary of the plan you select !   So, you may take full advantage of the savings offered to you through our Agelity Network of over 57,000 pharmacies.
