General Statement on Outside Consulting Services
What we do, in many cases, is open the door so that those interests we represent may gain a foothold within a target organization. This practice works in many cases, but it does not always create lasting relationships between us and the target organization, nor is it designed to do so. And, is not a necessary part of what is done. Our lasting relationships are, and have to be, with those who provide these services and are willing and able financially to take advantage of opportunities brought to them, for an agreeable price in payment for our services. Only the results gained from the footholds we obtain build those relationships. That is done for the most part by parties we represent who are brought into the target to use the foothold gained for them to present the ideas and products they offer, or to proceed with actions that benefit that company or both. Often, part of our role is to enlighten all parties to a concept or combination that neither one has seen and to bring them into line with that concept through envisioning what the combination can mean to their business(es).
With a background in healthcare management, financial management, insurance and PBM management gained both through education and experience in each of these, we are, in many cases, able to read the possibilities, associate them to models we envision that may be enhanced or changed by the combination introduced, to provide new and improved facilities through which to proceed with business on a higher level..
