ARLAN VANCE (Van) BEASY

Van Beasy is a results-oriented senior management professional with more than 20 years service provider, marketing, and leadership achievement.  Mr. Beasy currently serves as Director, Managing General Agent, and PBM Consultant for SEBA Benefits Group of Healthmart America Plans.  Among his prior professional positions, Mr. Beasy has served as CEO of his own government contracting firm, and as Director of Finance for Americana Hospital Co.   Mr. Beasy has: successfully returned unprofitable healthcare operations to profitability; launched start-up operations; dramatically raised revenue in government contracting operations; eliminated bad debt situations for large commercial corporations; and, as a healthcare consultant, assisted in major mergers/acquisitions, re-organizations and successful union negotiations.  Mr. Beasy has effectively served as a recruiter/headhunter for healthcare and insurance professionals.  Mr. Beasy served for 10 years as a trust administrator and recently closed that 10-year old ERISA Trust in good order, with all liabilities and claims paid.  An intuitive, resourceful, goal-oriented, and perceptive leader, Mr. Beasy has experience encompassing a variety of insurance, financial, contracting, and healthcare related industries with accomplishments in healthcare administration, trust administration, pharmacy benefits management, e-commerce development, regulatory compliance, conflict management and policy/procedure development.
